Can I get in touch if I am not ready to start a project?
Yes. You are welcome to ask a question before deciding whether you need our services. Share what you would like to know and choose the business type that best describes you.
What kinds of questions can I ask here?
You can ask about Mack Interactive, our approach, the services we offer, or where to find information. Include a little context so we can point you in the right direction.
Where should I request a strategy call?
If you are ready to discuss working together, use the Local Growth application or the Client Acquisition application. This Contact form is also available for general questions.
Can I ask about an existing project?
Yes. If you already have an email conversation with us, replying to that thread helps keep your project context together. You can also email us with your name and project details.
Does sending a general question commit me to anything?
No. Sending a question does not enroll you in a service or program. If you later decide to explore a project, we can discuss the appropriate next step.
